Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Aofle. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to international destinations at this time.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days for standard shipping within the United States.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and carrier operations.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping fees are calculated as follows:
- Orders from $0.01 to $60.00: $8.00
- No additional shipping or handling fees will be charged after checkout.
Carriers & Order Tracking
Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS).
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment through the shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account if you created one during checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver only to addresses within the United States.
International orders are not accepted.
Delays & Unexpected Events
Estimated delivery times may be affected by holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your order whenever possible.
If your package is lost or arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with the resolution.
Local Pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup or local delivery services.
