We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.
Return Period
Items may be returned within 35 days from the date you receive your order.
Requests submitted after the 35-day return period cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, including cases where you simply change your mind.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused or show only minimal signs of handling.
- Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
- Be free from obvious wear, damage, or misuse.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
We also accept exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, model, or replacement, please contact us within the applicable return period. Exchange requests are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
How to Return
To start a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support by email at info@aofle.cn and include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our support team will review your request and provide a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and attach the provided shipping label.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Fees
There is no return shipping charge, no restocking fee, and no additional processing fee for approved returns.
If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or we shipped the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If a return falls outside our free return policy and the customer chooses to return the item, any applicable shipping cost will be charged based on the actual shipping cost.
Refund Processing
After the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 6 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, such as PayPal or the original credit/debit card.
No restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Lost or Damaged Return Shipments
If your return package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible and provide any available tracking information, shipping receipt, or photos. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Partial Returns
If your order contains multiple items, you may return or exchange only the item(s) you no longer wish to keep, provided they meet the return conditions described above.
